About Me

I’m Jeroen, age 24, young once, but forever immature. In june 2010 I graduated from the University of Leuven with an engineering degree in Computer Sciences (Human-Machine interaction), magna cum laude. Information on my thesis can be found here.

Computer Science

My main interests are computer graphics and programming in general. I’m proficient in several markup and programming languages (C++/Java/Python/PHP), as well as 2D/3D art, all of this on both Linux and Windows platforms, targeted for the desktop or the web. If you think I could be a happy code monkey for your project or company, don’t hesitate to contact me.

I’m a big supporter of open-source software and freedom on the net. That’s why I’m running a TOR node called Dystopia.

Other interests

I’m active in Preparee and Improrlando,  improv teams from Leuven. I also perform standup and presentations – don’t hesitate to contact me for more info! I’m an active runner, I can’t live without my music (Last.FM) and I like Italian food. And penguins. And The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
